Lake Cunningham Regional Park
Lake Cunningham Regional Park is an exceptional San Jose company picnic spot. Home to the Calibunga theme park as well as San Jose’s largest skate park, this location is ideal for mid-sized company picnics. Its reservable picnic areas have capacities of up to 400; however, if you have a larger group, we can bring in tables, seating, and more infrastructure to support it.
This park is scenic and contains a beautiful 50-acre lake. It boasts ample parking, although parking is paid. This location is ideal for team building events due to its plethora of outdoor activities. Whether you’re sailing model boats on the lake or holding volleyball games, there’s something for everyone to do here. We can even rent out the onsite skate park and BMX track, or help you arrange an outing at the theme park after your picnic.
With ample shade and stunning views, this county park is perfect for any summer picnic. It’s also great for family or all-ages events, with plenty of playgrounds and activities for young attendees. Lake Cunningham Regional Park suits fun themes like our summer camp theme, our team building theme, or our field day theme.

Almaden Lake Regional Park
Almaden Lake Regional Park is another large park with an onsite lake. This park boasts lots of sports amenities, ranging from basketball courts to hiking trails. Its 65 acres of space are divided into several rentable picnic areas, making it a great company picnic location in the Bay Area for mid-sized groups.
This park is perfect for a sports-loving team, with plenty of activities befitting every play style. The park also boasts an amphitheater perfect for welcoming speeches, games and raffles, or live musicians. While the park does not permit amplified sound, our team can work with the regulations to give you an amazing experience.
Almaden Lake Regional Park is a perfect spot for team building. We can build this amazing park into the perfect team experience for your group. The lake at Almaden Lake Regional Park is ideal for team building activities like model boat racing. We can set up raffles and games like bingo in the amphitheater, or utilize the ball fields for competitions.

Coyote Ranch
Coyote Ranch is a gorgeous 40-acre private venue just outside of San Jose with a capacity of up to 5,000. It’s a private, scenic spot filled with ample shade. Ideal for company picnics, team building events, and family days, this gorgeous location offers the beauty of nature combined with aesthetic event spaces.
This location offers something for everyone, from a petting zoo and playground for youngsters to sports fields and lawn games. Bar service is provided onsite, making it perfect for a paint-and-sip experience. It’s one of the best company picnic spots in the Bay Area, a haven of fun and relaxation.
This luxe location pairs well with our luxury picnic upgrades. Its beauty and privacy make it a perfect place to relax and unwind with your team. We can turn the shaded lawns of Coyote Ranch into a luxury picnic experience all your own.
