If you’re planning a company picnic outdoors, we’ve got you covered. While it’s notoriously hot in Texas most of the year, we often plan outdoor staff picnics in this region in the fall or winter. We even have a Winter picnic theme built around it! For outdoor locations, there’s the scenic White Rock Lake or the urban Klyde Warren Park.
White Rock Lake is a gem of Dallas, and it’s perfect for any staff outing. With plenty of open space for picnic games and entertainment, as well as a beautiful view of the lake, it’s an ideal spot for your event. There’s plenty of picnic areas and pavilions for your team to kick back in after a field game or two, and plenty of space for even the largest company BBQ.
Klyde Warren Park is a 5.2-acre stretch above the Woodall Rogers Freeway in the heart of downtown Dallas. The well-manicured, vibrant lawn is flat and ideal for inflatables and field games alike. It’s a wonderful canvas to decorate with any theme you could possibly imagine.
If you’re looking to plan a company picnic in summer, it’s always best to choose an indoor location. On that note, we’d like to recommend The Carlisle Room. This 5,500 square feet venue is pure luxury defined, and spacious enough for plenty of staff to have fun. This masterpiece of opulence has ceilings reaching 17 feet high, with beautiful pillars inside, and is ideal for a Luxury themed picnic.
