This park is one of the most popular picnic locations in the Bay Area, and for a good reason. The city of Fremont’s gem, Fremont Central Park offers much space to plan a picnic. You can enjoy the teen center and community center, or the lovely grasses, Mission Park Hills, and Lake Elizabeth. This beautiful area is a great place for a picnic.

In the heart of Fremont, CA, Fremont Central Park is a massive 450 acre park. The park packs plenty of unforgettable experiences. Its 83 acre Lake Elizabeth lies in the center of the park. Fremont Central Park and Lake Elizabeth are perfect for team building activities like boat racing and paddleboarding.

Many picnic areas lie close to the lakeside, meaning your picnic can have an incredible view. On the north side of the park, picnic areas lie between many sports complexes, such as a softball field and a soccer field. For hosting a huge field day company picnic, these areas are ideal, since they are central to several sports fields.

The park’s skateboard park, golf course, and Aqua Adventure Water Park are also available for use. Taking your team to the water park after your picnic or spending some time golfing together are sure to make lasting memories.

What to Know

There are several parking lots available. However, the parking is limited for any one area. Your team is welcome to use shuttles to make parking more convenient. We can arrange shuttles to bring your guests here from another location, such as your workplace.

The park’s picnic areas permit alcohol, such as beer and wine, and allow grilling as well. However, you can’t use amplified sound, and someone must bring in electricity from outside. Our picnic planners can work within these regulations, ensuring your picnic is perfect.

We’ll bring in generators to power your event and work with you to obey all rules. We can obtain the necessary permits for decoration, as required by management, and gather any other required permissions.
